It is one of the finest hotels in the Heart of England, offering a stylish setting for weddings and events, extensive conferencing and exhibition facilities, and the perfect place to relax and unwind with gardens and woodland.

Notes	High standard of decor with original characteristics and stylish furnishing. Friendly and helpful staff - mainly. Main room can be cold and draughty when smokers stand in main entrance leaving doors open. Garden does not have covered areas for when it rains.

	John Corbett dream was to use his wealth to build his wife Anna a grand house, so in 1869 he purchased the original Impney Manor House and 63 acres of land, with plans to demolish the existing building and construct a magnificent new residence in its place. John and Anna had been charmed by Versailles and the French chateaux of the Loire Valley, and this influenced the design for their own home. French architect Auguste Tronquois was appointed to oversee the work of renowned English architect Richard Phené Spiers, with a brief to design a grand chateau in the style of Louis XIII. Work started in 1873.
